24.10.25: NON-CLINICAL physio workshop at MUMBAI and PUNE

“Can’t clients join a physiotherapy program without negotiating on its fees?”

“No.”

“Why?”

“Because one, the need for physiotherapy  arises from a regular, compulsive need. People tend not to spend on such needs with motivation and so negotiate. Like, eating is a natural need, but purchasing vegetables is a regular, compulsive activity. Hence, people negotiate with its seller.

“Ok. What more reasons are there?”

“When you buy a mobile phone, its expected technical issues and possible solutions are mostly known beforehand.”

“Yes, that is so.”

But, in a service, like physiotherapy, where a human being is involved in determining its outcomes, the issues arising out of human behaviour can not be known appropriately, in advance. Therefore, it’s quite natural for people to “even out the unsure part of the expected outcomes” with negotiation.”

“See. I just got heavy with your reasons. But I wish to smoothen the negotiation part of my initial client interaction. Is it possible to do?”

“Yes, it’s possible, but gradually over a period of time, with practice.”

“You teaching that method of practice?”

“Yes, I’m coaching those nuances of managing physio service price negotiations successfully. I’ll be in Mumbai and Pune in the last week of Nov 2025!”

“Looking forward to it. How to participate?”

“The details are in the QR Code of the event’s creative.”
