6. where, physical rehabilitation services’ availability at client’s home will not be presented with the deameaning “convenience at your home” proposition in the society, but with a true professional cause, as being available only for the “medically or logistically challenged” at home.

4. deal the fees with, receive it directly from the client and retain 100% of it, for physical rehab program sessions next appointment onwards, or for your prosthetic or orthic products purchased by the client.

6. However, this platform does facilitate promotion of open-to-public events, like camps, online talks etc., by the empanelled specialists, without any revenue sharing terms.

the conveniences:

1. our lead generation strategies do not present enquiries on our platforms as leads. so, every time we ask you to update your available dates and time slots for a new enquiry, you can be assured that it has been raised uniquely to you only, in real time, by any propsective client, at your pincode location.
2. the platform believes in price discussions happening between a physical rehab specialist and a client, following a detailed physical rehab assessment only. therefore, unless a new enquirer pays for and books the first appointment, our system doesn’t allow them access to the concerned specialist’s contact details.
3. as a talent-aggregating entity, to ensure the least competition and highest lead generation and conversion probabilities for empanelled physical rehab specialists, our platform will always empanel a very limited number of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, prosthetists and orthotists, for each range or category of clinical indications, at any pincode location in India, corresponding to the relevant market statistics there.
4. our platform will also facilitate assignments in workplace ergonomics, lactation consultancies, locum opportunities and physical rehab project possibilities, as and when available with us, for any pincode location in India, with our empanelled specialists.
5. appropriate live discussion session, for any ongoing clinical or non-clinical challenges, is also a strong possibility for empanelled specialists, at our platform.

the premise of our differential payout structure, for the first appointment, is explained as follows:

1. clinical practice license:

• a clinical practice license, issued by any state’s physiotherapy council (for PT), occupational therapy council (for OT), or the Rehabilitation Council of India (i.e., RCI, for P&O) is the only legally valid, mandatory permission for any physiotherapist, to offer services in the concerned state.
• membership of physiotherapists with the IAP, or of occupational therapists with the AIOTA, or of the prosthetists and orthotists with the ISPO, serves as an endorsement only, of their respective legal eligibility to obtain such a license, but is not a license in itself. While it is not compulsory for the specialists to become a member of their corresponding associations, we accept the membership as the mandatory criteria to onboard physiotherapists and occupational therapists on our network, for states without a functional state council. for prosthetists and orthotists, however, registration with the RCI, only, is acceptable to emapanle them on our network.

our differential payout for the first appointment signifies our expectations from physiotherapists and occupational therapists, who are members of the IAP or AIOTA respectively, to also obtain their mandatory clinical practice licenses from their respective state’s functional physiotherapy council, or as-soon-as such a council becomes functional.

2. physical rehab assessment protocol:

we are committed to project the analytical outlook of physical rehab specialists’ work in our society.

to realize the same on our platform, we’ve developed a proven design of detailed physical rehab assessment protocol, which suits a wide range of clinical conditions.

learning our protocol for physical rehab assessment is a paid program, open to all licensed physical rehab specialists in India, whether interested to onboard our service network or not. it is neither a mandatory eligibility to join our platform, nor does it guarantee any commitment or priority of clinical lead generation or its allottment, to any such specialist empanelled on our network.

eligibilities and application form:

the empanelment opportunity is open to both male and female physical rehab specialists, for home and clinic services, preceded or not preceded with online consultations. online-only services are not availble for empanelment.

however, since physical rehab at home assignments do carry risks on personal safety, female specialists, or specialists whose female team members accomplishe such assignments, must go through our 5 minutes long safety awareness video below, before proceeding to apply for the empanelment with us.

to empanel, a physical rehab specialist:

• must have passed class 10th and 12th class examinations from CBSE, or ICSE, or any state board in India only.
• must be licensed to practice clinically, at his or her chosen pincode’s state in India.
• must be confident of producing results in challenging cases, in one of the broad category of clinical problems mentioned in the epanelment interest form below.
• must clear the required screening phases, after submitting the application.
