I continued,” However, being a physio gives me an understanding on factors, reliable to zero-in on the right talents for home physiotherapyy services, since 2004. I’ve now converted my experiences into a process, to build an indiawide network of committed physiotherapists.”
“Ravi, i’ve lost money several times before also, in the hope of finding a committed physio only. It’s all, but a false only, promise to lure-in clients’ money.”
“I agree to your point, Ma’m. There is no meter to be assured of that, beforehand. Therefore, my empanelment process consists of three stages:
At the first stage, only the physios, who are legally eligible to practice clinically in India, will be able to apply, to onboard my platform’s home physio network.
At the second stage, they will be screened for their clinical prowess, to know their keenness to take-up challenging physical rehabilitation cases at any eligible client’s home.”
“Sorry to interrupt you, Ravi. What do you mean by eligible clients?”
“Ma’m, with due respect, we are going to accept home assignments, only for the medically and the logistically challenged clients and not for those, who can travel to a nearby clinic, but wish to avail a home physio facility for the sake of convenience only.”
I continued further, “At the third and the final stage of intake, the applicants will be interviewed, to know what kind of person they really are.”
“Can you really judge people in a few minutes of talk?”
“Right! Normally, we can’t. But, as an entity with no balance sheet greeds, with a wish to find enlightenend minds to truthfully serve clients commercially in the society, I do have a higher probability of judging rightful physios for the purpose, with a sense of ethical responsibility.”
“But, there is another face to my responsibilities too, Ma’m” I said.
“What is that, Ravi?”
“Honouring the professional dignity of physios onboarding my network, Ma’m. That is my strongest chance to have a sincere network, to serve the market ethically, with success”.
“Have you started onboarding them already?”
“Just 2 days to go, Ma’m, from today. Will surely try to discover a great one for you”.
