The foundations of a clinical physio’s ability, to establish and grow a future-secure private practice, is laid by strong non-clinical learnings, experiences and mentorships, received during job years.

As India’s first non-clinical business coaching entity for physical rehab specialists since 2019, the following gaps have been consistently experienced by Start Exercises Physiotherapy Sevices, New Delhi:

(1) In India, it is highly uncommon for clinical physios to have a leadership ladder with their employers. This prevents them from perceiving their career as a satisfactory, growth-natured and financially-safe endeavour.

(2) Shifting from job to private practice is therefore, often an impulsive decision, mostly with limited scope of growth in future.

(3) Business coaching such physios, for a prospective career as a private practitioner too, also doesn’t yield wishful successes.

Thus, over the years which follow, the vocational confidence of concerned physiotherapists neither builds-up in jobs, nor in their private practices.
