“Do not fall into clinical or non-clinical tech delimmas. Technologies are useful, but only those, which are flexible enough to wrap around your own confident design of operations. If you need to modify your overall style of working, to suite a technological adoption, then its surely going to be an expensive affair and challenging to become profitable.”

“But continuing human involvement also doesn’t fetch revenues, proportional to the quality time spent with any client. Is there a scope to achieve that, specially in a price conscious country like India?”

“Yes, conduct only required number of sessions for any client. This way, per session revenue can be maintained, while reducing the overall cost for the client.”
