22.9.25: NON-CLINICAL workshop for physiotherapists coming up at INDORE in OCT 2025

“I’m planning to quit physiotherapy. My friend forced me to participate today, for the group enrolment benefits. The struggles in this field seem to be never ending.”

This came up at the start of the 8-hours long non-clinical workshop for physiotherapists, in Delhi, on a recent Sunday, on the 21st of September 2025.

The workshop then steered through its schedule, with India’s first physical rehab business coach since 2019Ravi Shankar– who is a licensed Physiotherapist in Delhi, with more than 21 years of clinical, administrative, training and business work behind him.

Things became intensely interesting with this participant, during the concluding 1.5 hours of the audience round.

Ravi enquired, “So, did this workshop help you take a final decision on your continuity in this field, for good?”

“Now, I’m a bit confused.”

“Where?”

“What you told is all quite interesting, but seems really great theoretically only. No matter how much good or better we do, our value is not going to be cherished in the society. Clients will still negotiate and choose to go with the less priced ones.”

“So, you mean, you would see hope in this field, if you can practically realize what I coached today?”

“I’m not sure, but is it really possible to convert clients at our prices, as you mentioned?”

“You are basically asking for a surety or a proof of that, right?”

“Yes.”

“Will having a proof of it help you decide about your career in physiotherapy?”

“May be, but I don’t know at this point of time.”

“Okay. I’ll answer that. If you wish to see things what you learnt today, as practically feasible, before adopting them in your clinical practice, then let me tell you, the proof which you are looking forward to, can’t be told. It can only be witnessed. It can only be experienced, live. Let me ask you, are you willing to explore it, sincerely?”

“Do you practice it, same as you told us today?”

“Yes, everyday, at each of my appointments. Would you like to come and experience it by yourself?”

“Yes, if that is really possible. May be, that would help me to decide about my career also.”

Few more participants then joined-in, for his just offered benefit.

Looking forward to engage with more such ignited minds in Physiotherapy, Ravi Shankar is coming to Indore, on Sunday, 12th of October 2025, 10 am to 6 pm.

Having coached more than 2000 physiotherapists for non-clinical and physical rehab business skills across India since 2019, as a policy, he never reveals the identities of his learners, to let them retain their advantages over their competitive colleagues in the market.

Looking forward to gaining more grounds as a physio practitioner in India? This event awaits your participation.
